Make your findings
defensible
Published academics take your data from recording to defensible result.

Led by a published academic, not a project manager.
About ResearchFloThree kinds of stuck, one kind of help
The data is collected. The analysis is what stands between you and the deadline.
Doctoral & masters researchersThe analysis chapter is the bottleneck
Transcripts stacking up, a codebook that keeps shifting, a supervisor waiting on Chapter 4.

Take one or the lot. Every project is quoted in writing before it starts.

Inductive, deductive or hybrid coding built into a documented codebook — every code defined, with inclusion and exclusion criteria and an anchor quote you can point to.
Support you can name out loud to your supervisor
A lot of this industry sells work you have to hide. We don't, and the difference shows up in what you receive.

Support you can name out loud to your supervisor.
We don't write your thesis
No ghostwriting. We analyse and document your data so you can defend every step yourself.
The method is the deliverable
Codebook, memos, syntax and project file — not a black box. Every finding traces back to the raw data.
Fixed price, agreed up front
One written quote before any work starts. No hourly creep, no surprise invoice.
Your data stays yours
NDA on request, encrypted transfer, and deletion on completion if you ask for it.
The things people ask before they email
Straight answers, including to the awkward one at the top.
Is this ethical? Will my university have a problem with it?
We provide research support, the same category as a statistician, a transcription service or a methods consultant — all of which most institutions permit and many fund. What we don't do is write work you can't explain or submit anything on your behalf. Everything is documented so you can describe the method yourself, and we recommend you tell your supervisor you're using analytical support. If your institution's policy forbids something you've asked for, we'll tell you.
What do you need from me to give a quote?
The data type (audio, transcripts, survey file), the volume — audio hours, number of transcripts, or number of cases and variables — your method if it's already decided, and your deadline. A sample file helps but isn't required. That's enough for a fixed written quote.
How much does it cost?
Every project is quoted individually because the work varies enormously — transcription is priced per audio hour, coding per transcript, and analysis or write-up per project. You get one fixed price in writing before anything starts, and it doesn't move unless the scope does.
How fast can you turn work around?
It depends on volume and method. Transcription is usually the quickest; a full coding and thematic analysis on a 20-interview dataset takes longer. Tell us your deadline in the first email and we'll say plainly whether it's achievable rather than agreeing and slipping.
Do I get the software project file, or just a report?
You get the project file — NVivo, ATLAS.ti, MAXQDA — along with the codebook, memos and coded extracts. For quantitative work you get the annotated syntax or do-file with the output. You should be able to reproduce and extend everything we did.
How do you handle confidential or sensitive data?
We'll sign your NDA, or ours, before you send anything. Files move over encrypted transfer, access is limited to the analysts assigned to your project, and we delete everything on completion if you ask. If your data carries ethics-committee conditions, send them over and we'll work inside them.
What if the analysis isn't what I expected?
You approve the codebook or the analysis plan at roughly the 20% mark, before we run the whole dataset — which is when a change of direction costs almost nothing. Revisions after delivery are included within the agreed scope.

Send us the brief. Get a price.
One email with your data type, volume and deadline is enough for a fixed written quote — back with you within 1 business day, NDA first if you prefer.
Two ways to start, both quick
Email us a paragraph, or fill the brief on the right. Either way a real analyst reads it and replies within 1 business day — no sales sequence.
